Believing in the importance of giving back to the community, Sue is a county commissioner on the Commission on the Status of Women, a member of the County's Domestic Violence Council, Board Chair of CORA, Board member of Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center, a volunteer mediator, member of the Chamber of Commerce, League of Women Voters, American Association of University Women and well versed in local issues. Sue was honored in 1999 by Soroptimist International with a Women of Distinction Award. She is an approved instructor teaching negotiation skills and real estate ethics, and has also written real estate columns. In her spare time she loves to travel, ski, and read and play bridge.
